Op Shop Finds

I went op shopping today for the first time in too long! I only went to one place but it was completely worth it, I found so much really great stuff and I had to cut back most of it.

Here's what I bought:

This blazer that looks better on my boyfriend than it does on me :(

These shoes! As soon as I saw them I felt a neon paint DIY coming on and I can't wait to paint them. I just can't decide whether to paint the bottom bit-the grippy part whatever that is called, or the toe, help?

Here are my accessories, the little purse is a crochet clutch and once again I am planning to attack it with neon paint! The scarf is gorgeous and will be worn in SO many ways, and the belt is absolutely gorgeous, it is layers of golden shells, love it!

I didn't get this jacket, it was too boxy and huge and thick; but it was lovely!

And then there was this dress, I wanted it so much! But left without it because one rule I have when going op shopping is to buy clothes that are flattering, and although this was a gorgeous, one of a kind vintage dress, it just did nothing for me. And so if you feel like taking a trip to Glen Waverley Salvos, it will still be there on the racks and is definitely a steal for the right person!

Bonne Nuit friends, until next time!

  1. baahhh I love that blazer! It's amazing! especially the red/pink lining. It's always such an annoyance when my boyfriend looks better in my own clothes than I do... ):

  2. These are cute items.

Much love from the SABO SKIRT girls!

  4. I think you should pain the toes of the shoe, a bit like this. Looks really effective.

I recently stumbled across your blog and I LOVE it! I love the layout to the content and everything in between! Your style is just impeccable and your blog is simply the epitome of perfection!

  5. oooh lucky you! I never manage to find decent things when I go op shopping but it seems like you managed to come away with a nice haul :) I wonder if the Salvos in Melbs is generally better than the ones over here in Sydney. the blazer is such a funky print, I'm sure it looks just as awesome on you as it does on your bf! :P
